Job Title: Sales Administrator Location: Kettering Office Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team based in our Kettering Office . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations by ensuring efficient administrative processes. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various software applications. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing customer interactions, and assisting the sales team. Duties Manage and maintain customer databases using CRM software to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. Maintain filing systems for sales documents, contracts, and correspondence. Qualifications Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CRM software is desirable. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong time management abilities to meet deadlines consistently. High level of computer literacy with a keen attention to detail. A customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing outstanding service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
