Senior Conveyancing Solicitor Location: Greater Belfast Area Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) Bonus Role Type: Full-time, Permanent Progression: Clear pathway to Partnership About the Firm We are working on behalf of a well-established, highly regarded law firm in the Greater Belfast area. Known for delivering excellent client care and legal expertise, the firm continues to grow and is now seeking a talented Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to lead its residential property offering. The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced conveyancing solicitor who is looking to take the next step towards partnership . The successful candidate will handle a busy residential conveyancing caseload and play a key role in developing the department, with the support of an experienced team. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload , including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new-build transactions. Supervise junior solicitors, paralegals, and support staff to ensure a high standard of client service. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders. Contribute to the strategic growth of the conveyancing department with a view to progression to Partner level . Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practice standards. Support and mentor colleagues to develop skills and maintain the firm's strong reputation. About You Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with at least 5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing. Proven ability to handle a busy residential caseload independently . Ambitious and motivated with a genuine desire to move into partnership in the near future . Strong client relationship skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and relevant legislation. Previous experience in supervising or mentoring team members is desirable. What's on Offer Competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 , depending on experience. Performance-related bonus structure.
