Sales and Supply Executive Annual Salary: £27k Location: Hybrid working (based in London) Job Type: Full-time Join our dynamic team as a Sales and Supply Executive, where you will play a crucial role in processing sales orders, coordinating logistics, and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time hybrid position is based in London and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the operational excellence of our sales and supply chain processes. Day-to-day of the role: Manage all aspects of sales order processing including inputting orders into Sage, managing delivery dates based on stock availability, raising customer invoices, and monitoring dispatch targets. Run and report on daily wholesale performance from the sales orders received, keeping the business informed about key changes, risks, and opportunities. Provide consistent, high-quality customer service, addressing customer queries and complaints promptly. Collaborate closely with our third-party warehouse to understand their processes and ensure efficient picking, packing, and dispatching of orders. Utilize customer portals to pull sales orders and upload required information. Assist in managing incoming stock; setting up new SKUs in Sage, raising stock orders, and loading batch and expiry information into our warehouse system. Act as a positive, proactive, and cooperative team member, working towards the collective goals of the company. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in order processing, comfortable managing a high volume of SKUs and orders with great accuracy. Experience in handling customer queries. Excellent communication skills and a motivated self-starter with strong time management and multitasking abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel. Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
