Care Manager - Dereham We’re seeking a Care Manager to lead a home providing exceptional care for up to 60 residents at this Nursing home in Dereham . You’ll manage a team delivering high-quality nursing and residential care. This is a chance to make a real difference while growing the service even further. Key Responsibilities of the Care Manager: Empathy & Compassion: Build relationships with residents and their families, ensuring individual needs are met. Proven experience running a care home, ideally for older people. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership or equivalent (or willingness to obtain).
