Warehouse Operations Manager

A prestigious national business is seeking an Operations Manager to provide operational leadership to a busy warehousing operation. Responsibilities Establish and maintain standards for warehousing across the business Motivate and engage junior team members to maximise performance Leverage data and analytics to get the most out of a warehousing operation Lead strategic operational improvements to drive efficiency within the operation Manage day to day operational KPIs Drive health and safety standards across the site Qualifications Experience of operational leadership within a warehousing environment Experience of CI/Lean process improvement programmes A background in FMCG/ecommerce distribution is advantageous Experience in a technology led warehousing environment is advantageous The successful candidate will need to be flexible across shift patterns
