Warehouse Operations Manager - E-Commerce / Retail Logistics Location: York Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Our client, a fast-growing E-Commerce Logistics business, is seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Operations Manager to take full ownership of operations at their York site. The Role Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for: Leading site-wide operations across warehousing, fulfilment, and distribution. Driving operational performance, safety, service quality, and profitability. Developing and motivating a high-performing team. Delivering process improvements and embedding operational best practice. Aligning site activity with the overall business strategy. Candidate Profile Strong leadership experience in logistics, fulfilment or e-commerce operations. 5 Years experience as a Warehouse Operations Manager in a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain environment. A commercial mindset with a track record of delivering cost efficiencies without compromising service. Proven success in scaling operations and leading change. Excellent people management and stakeholder engagement skills. The Package Competitive base salary of £50,000 - £55,000 Performance based bonus
