Site Manager

Role: Site Manager Location: Around NI Hours: Full time (Monday Friday) Pay: £45,000 - £50,000 We are working with a well-established, multi-skilled organisation with a strong reputation for quality, integrity, and customer service across UK public and private sector projects. They require a site manager for their small-scale projects team. Benefits: Enhanced Annual Leave Company Car/Van Healthcare Scheme The Role: Work closely with the Contracts Manager/Project Managers to plan the project effectively Day-to-day management of the site Reviewing performance against targets Identifying and managing potential risks and opportunities Establish and maintain storage for materials, plant and tools Managing stock to meet agreed deadlines and budget of the project The Requirements: 3 Years experience as Site Manager (A Degree / HND in a construction) Someone with the flexibility to travel (NI) Strong knowledge of latest building regulations, legislation and Health and Safety A current valid CSR / CSCS Card Have an overall broad background in construction Call / Text / WhatsApp Office MonThurs: 8.30am5pm | Fri: 8.30am4pm Or to make it easier HIT apply or send your CV over - Skills: Site management Construction work
