As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Agent to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in projects that have a lasting impact — from renewable energy infrastructure to vital flood resilience works. Based primarily in Argyll, with opportunities to travel across Scotland, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard s . Your Role Working closely with the Project Manager, you’ll oversee on-site operations, manage resources effectively, and drive delivery excellence. You’ll lead by example — ensuring safety, quality, and teamwork are at the core of every project. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage on-site labour and resources efficiently. Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations. Ensure full compliance with HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) standards. Maintain accurate site documentation, records, and registers. Enforce company safety and operational procedures. Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues. What You’ll Bring HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering. Proven experience as a Site Agent delivering successful civil engineering projects. Background in infrastructure and/or renewable energy projects (desirable). Strong understanding of health & safety management and site procedures. Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, and Project Costing Software. Valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence.
