Occupational Therapist

Tripod are currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist and Senior Occupational Therapist to work in Hull. The pay rate is negotiable depending on experience! Working Hours - Full time preferred but may consider part time applicants. This is hybrid working! Duration : ASAP - Ongoing Apply now or refer a friend for £350. Senior Occupational Therapist (Grade 9) In this role, you’ll provide a specialist and supervisory lead across the OT service, managing complex cases and supporting/supervising staff. You’ll also work closely with housing teams, contribute to case conferences, and ensure practice is in line with HCPC and RCOT standards. Essential requirements: Diploma/BSc in Occupational Therapy HCPC registration Significant post-qualification experience (including supervision of OTs/OTAs) Strong knowledge of manual handling, housing adaptations, and complex casework Familiarity with the Care Act, MCA DoLS, and safeguarding frameworks Occupational Therapist (Grade 8) As an OT, you’ll manage a caseload of adults in the community, carrying out holistic assessments, identifying equipment/adaptation needs, and working collaboratively with health and social care partners to promote independence. Essential requirements: Diploma/BSc in Occupational Therapy HCPC registration Experience of community-based OT practice (manual handling, equipment, and housing adaptations) Knowledge of the Care Act and person-centred approaches Ability to supervise OTAs and contribute to student support
