Your new role Due to growth and strategic planning, the firm is looking to appoint a private client lawyer at Senior Associate or Partner level. You will handle the full range of private client work ranging from tax planning advice, wills, probate, trusts and estates and LPAs to Court of Protection matters. The firm has a well established client list including a number high net worth individuals. This private client solicitor role will see you play a role in business development as well as helping to supervise and mentor more junior fee earners. What you'll need to succeed This is a rare opening for a private client lawyer operating at Senior Associate or Partner level. You will have a good technical skill set and will also have the appetite and desire to play a key role in business development initiatives.
