The Role In the role of Brand Auditor you will support the Head of Risk in identifying, measuring, and evaluating different types of risks that can affect our business. You will engage and work closely with our restaurant teams, providing coaching, support and leadership around our brand standards, by carrying out 3rd party evaluations in our company and franchise restaurants producing a detailed action plan as an output. You will be knowledgeable about the industry you operate in, so that they are able to identify the risks posed to their specific organisation. As a Brand Auditor, you are an ambassador for our brand compliance. Your attention to detail and ability to coach in the moment, will determine your impact and ability to support the success of our compliance standards, across one system. Previous experience as Brand Auditor or 2 years Restaurant General Manager. Previous experience of Training Needs Analysis Level 3 Food Safety and Health and Safety Previous experience working with Head Office teams to drive results in the stores Comfortable working varied shift patterns across each working week, ensuring restaurant audits are unannounced, out with scheduled breakdown visits. Ability to drive in the UK - full clean driving licence - essential. Summary: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional customer support and service. Great presentation and documentation skills to develop documents, which could be easily followed by others with least effort. Quick learner, quality conscious, great analytical skills and innovative. Comprehensive understanding of project management, training, compliance and safety.
