This is an outstanding opportunity for ambitious solicitors with 3-8 years' PQE to join a highly regarded team recognised for its expertise in handling complex commercial disputes. You will work alongside experienced litigators on high-profile, business-critical matters , supporting clients across a wide range of industries. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters . Advise clients on contractual disputes, data protection and privacy issues, IP disputes , and other business-critical litigation. Draft legal documents and provide strategic advice to clients.
