Are you a confident, driven individual with a passion for property and exceptional customer service skills? A leading national housebuilder is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful team based in the Suffolk/Essex region. About the Role: As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be the face of the business at one of our premium new-build developments, guiding buyers through the exciting journey of purchasing their new home — from initial enquiry to handing over the keys. Key Responsibilities: Delivering exceptional customer service to all potential and existing homebuyers Managing the entire sales process from enquiry to completion Conducting viewings and presenting the development in a professional, welcoming manner Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems Working closely with site and sales management teams to meet and exceed sales targets Ensuring marketing materials and show homes are presented to the highest standard What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in new homes sales or estate agency is essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, personable, and motivated by targets Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities Full UK driving licence and own transport required What’s On Offer: Competitive basic salary generous commission structure Mileage allowance Ongoing training and career progression opportunities A chance to work with one of the UK’s most respected and successful property developers
