Production Planner

Production Planner / Artwork Coordinator – Packaging | Manufacturing We're on the lookout for a Production Planner to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the full production process — from raw materials to final packaging — with a strong focus on planning and artwork coordination. What You’ll Do: Create and manage production schedules across extrusion, printing, and conversion Coordinate artwork approvals with internal teams, suppliers, and customers Maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and raise work orders Purchase and manage film inventory to ensure smooth production flow Liaise with sales, logistics, and quality teams to meet delivery timelines Track production progress and proactively resolve delays or issues What You Bring: 2 years of experience in production planning or coordination (manufacturing preferred) Familiarity with artwork files and print processes ERP/MRP system experience and strong Excel skills Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities About ProAmpac ProAmpac is a leading global flexible packaging company with comprehensive product offerings.
