Our client, a well-established fit-out specialist based in the East of Scotland, is seeking a dedicated Estimating Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role (Monday to Friday), offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a respected and growing business. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Estimating team Manage shared mailboxes and ensure timely, professional communication Maintain an organised and efficient document filing system Liaise with external contractors and suppliers, providing regular updates Complete tender review and proforma sheets with accuracy Maintain up-to-date Excel trackers for ongoing projects Chase outstanding enquiries and ensure database accuracy Collate cost reports and assist in processing payment applications Accurately record cost, contract, and estimate details This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, thrives on structure, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
