MacGregor Black is partnering with a Leading Retail and Foodservice business, on the search for a Contract & Key Accounts Manager to drive growth, service excellence, and contract performance. This is a permanent role based in Liverpool. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a commercial, fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact in delivering exceptional service to clients in sectors such as education, healthcare, and leisure. Key Responsibilities Lead the management and development of major foodservice contracts across your region Take ownership of the tendering process, ensuring competitive, commercially sound bids are submitted Monitor contract performance, KPIs, and compliance, implementing continuous improvements Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts including schools, care providers, prisons, and leisure operators Identify and deliver opportunities for growth, innovation, and new service lines Drive sales and profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction What we’re looking for? Proven experience in foodservice, catering, or retail account management Strong knowledge of tendering processes and contract compliance Demonstrable track record of growing and retaining large accounts Excellent attention to detail and financial acumen Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to adapt in a changing environment Competitive salary benefits.
