My client is a visual communications powerhouse, who are now looking for a proactive, detail-driven Account Manager to join our Client Services team. We’re an independent, owner-managed business that combines the agility of a boutique agency with the resources of a market leader. From insight and creative through to print, production, and delivery, we help the world’s biggest brands and retailers cut through the noise with impactful, multi-channel campaigns. ✨ What you’ll do Own projects end-to-end – from brief to delivery – ensuring campaigns land on time, on budget, and on brief. Manage multiple world-class POS activations (temporary, semi-permanent, and permanent). Build strong client relationships, offering advice and solutions that drive results. Create and manage critical paths, making sure internal teams are aligned. Keep commercial governance tight – tracking budgets, WIP, and forecasts. Visit stores to see campaigns in action and suggest improvements. Partner with the Group Account Director to continually improve processes, find cost savings, and deliver value. What they're looking for Proven POS experience and strong knowledge of print & production processes. A sharp organiser who can juggle multiple projects with precision. Excellent communication skills – confident with clients and internal stakeholders alike. A natural problem-solver with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
