Job Description

Are you an experienced Administrator in the Glasgow area looking for a new role with hybrid working options? We are delighted to be working with this household name developer who are looking to add an Administrator to their customer service team. This business strives to always deliver customer excellence, and they pride themselves on having a strong brand within the housebuilding industry. They are well known for delivering excellent quality homes and providing 1st class aftercare services to which this role is crucial. As Administrator within the department, key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Liaising with contractors, maintenance team, suppliers and NHBC to ensure that remedial issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner within the approved timescales and relevant KPIs. Handling customer contact (calls & emails) and ensure all correspondence is managed appropriately and logged. Undertaking post completion customer satisfaction calls. Managing and maintain the customer CRM system. Maintaining cost control and follow in house procedures to process invoices, purchase ordering and payment request. We are looking for someone who has the following skills: Experience in a customer service role - either from within the housebuilding industry, wider property market or complaints handling. A track record of providing customers with an efficient, accurate and high-level quality service Ability to prioritise your workload under minimal supervision. Strong communication and problem-solving skills - these are essential in this role! Ability to remain calm under pressure. This is a fast-paced role but one that can be highly rewarding where you can see a real impact on the work you conduct on a daily / weekly basis.
