Our client is a busy, large volume house builder based in Perth who are looking for a Temporary Administrator to join their team as soon as possible until Christmas . The Role: This is a hands-on support role at the heart of the office, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations across technical and sales functions. Key Responsibilities: Issuing technical drawings to relevant teams. Managing and distributing sustainability certificates. Recording and updating utility meter readings. Preparing and distributing house type reservation packs. Managing the general administration email inbox. Providing phone support and general admin assistance as required. What we’re looking for: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
