Finance Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven finance professional to take ownership of key processes and contribute to the continued success of a high-volume, multi-site business. Your new role As Finance Manager, you will oversee the financial accounts and cash allocations functions, ensuring robust controls and efficient systems are in place. You'll lead a small team, manage month-end processes, and drive continuous improvement across finance operations. What you'll need to succeed You'll be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or Qualified by Experience) with experience in a similar role. You'll have a strong track record of managing people, working in a commercial, high-volume environment, and delivering results through effective controls and compliance.
