Housing Lawyer

Your new company A leading housing provider in the South East is looking for a qualified Lawyer, Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their housing legal team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Your new role You will play a key role in supporting these initiatives, ensuring robust governance and compliance while helping to shape thriving, inclusive communities. Assisting the Head of Legal, you will provide specialist legal advice and representation on housing management matters, with a particular focus on disrepair, as well as general housing, income, and leasehold management. What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified housing solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, with specialist expertise in housing law, strong communication and relationship-building skills, sound regulatory knowledge, and the ability to deliver clear advice and effective training.
