Architectural Technician

Due to an increase in workload, our client is seeking Architectural support on a full time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious architectural professional to contribute to a wide range of residential development projects. Responsibilities Produce accurate street scenes, block plans and CAD layouts Support the technical team in delivering high-quality drawings and design packages Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines Assist in maintaining the consultancy’s reputation for quality and attention to detail Requirements Previous experience working with national house builders or within residential development Proficiency in CAD software; experience with Photoshop desirable Strong technical drawing skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to work effectively within a team environment Ideally based in Worcestershire or within a reasonable commute Comfortable working predominantly office-based In return, our client is offering a competitive salary alongside the opportunity to join a supportive team environment with scope for professional development.
