Reporting to the General Manager, you'll own pricing, inventory and distribution strategy across all channels, using data-led insights to maximise occupancy, ADR and overall yield . Excellent salary Performance-related bonus Staff benefits and group discounts Free parking Supportive, ambitious team with scope to shape strategy About you 2 years' experience in a hospitality revenue role Strong analytical skills; fluent in RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, pace Proficient in Excel and forecasting tools; exposure to CoStar/Lighthouse/OTA analytics is a plus Commercial mindset with the confidence to influence stakeholders and decisions What you'll do Set a clear revenue plan: target segments, channel mix, and a pricing calendar around demand peaks/events. Test and adjust prices; use stay/availability controls and optimise inventory/overbooking. Keep rolling 30/60/90-day forecasts; run daily pick-up reviews and change rates/availability fast. Grow direct bookings with Marketing: create fenced offers, improve website conversion, and keep rate parity. Keep distribution healthy (fix parity/content, secure partner visibility) and turn data into action with simple KPI scorecards and solid forecasts; brief the GM/HODs.
