Oversee seamless daily operations, while developing and retaining top talent. Requirements: Proven experience as a Store Manager within luxury fashion, leather goods, or accessories. Strong commercial acumen with a successful track record of exceeding targets. A natural leader with gravitas, able to inspire and motivate large, diverse teams. Deep understanding of luxury client expectations with a polished, sophisticated approach. Strong organisational and decision-making skills with the ability to thrive in a flagship environment.
