This role has been created due to continued expansion and offers the chance to influence performance across major online marketplaces. The successful candidate will work on strategy, optimisation, and channel performance for globally recognised consumer products, driving measurable growth and long-term category leadership. The Marketplace Manager will be instrumental in shaping marketplace strategies, collaborating cross-functionally, and acting as the main point of contact with Amazon, Chewy, and Walmart partners. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on platform experience, and a commercial mindset, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment. The Marketplace Manager will… Drive sales performance through marketplace optimisation and CRO testing. Manage listings, product updates, and campaign rollouts across platforms. Monitor dashboards, trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities. Act as liaison with marketplace representatives to strengthen partnerships. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and creative teams to deliver coordinated strategies. The Marketplace Manager will NOT Be responsible for paid advertising or media (ppc or dsp) they have a team in place for this, which you'll work closely with on strategy. Be responsible for inventory management - they have a team for this and you'll work closely with them too. Essential Skills The Marketplace Manager will… Have 2 years’ experience managing Amazon (Seller Central is the far preferred option). Bring marketplace or DTC brand experience, ideally in performance-led environments. Possess strong data analysis skills and commercial acumen. Be highly organised, confident managing multiple projects and deadlines. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, able to simplify insights for stakeholders.
