Finance Manager

Your new company Our client is a market leading national and international brand. Your new role As Finance Manager, you will provide high-quality financial analysis and decision support to the senior operations leaders across the supply chain. In addition, you'll take ownership of cost reporting, analysis, and forecasting, playing a key role in governance and strategic decision-making to drive in-year performance. What you'll need to succeed This role is more about potential than being the finished article, but it is key that you can demonstrate strong business partnering skills and experience. This role is ideally suited to a qualified accountant with drive, energy, excellent relationship building experience and the ability to thrive in a changing environment. What you'll get in return As a business partner, you will be expected to travel to their key supply chain locations c3 times per week, with the rest of the time working from home. The ideal candidate will live near Warwick or Leamington Spa, as most of the business units are within an hour's drive.
