Job Title: Locum Personal Injury Solicitor Location: Liverpool City Centre Rate: Competitive daily rate (DOE) Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary (Office-based) About the Role We’re working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Liverpool that is seeking a Locum Personal Injury Solicitor to support their expanding department. This is a great opportunity for an experienced solicitor to step into a busy team and manage a varied caseload on a temporary basis. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury claims including RTA, EL, PL, OL, and serious injury cases Handle both fast-track and multi-track matters from inception to resolution Conduct legal research, gather evidence, and instruct medical and liability experts Draft legal documents including Letters of Claim, pleadings, witness statements, and court bundles Negotiate settlements and represent clients in litigation where necessary Maintain high standards of client care and communication throughout the legal process Ensure compliance with internal protocols and regulatory requirements Requirements Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales Minimum 2–3 years PQE in personal injury litigation (claimant or defendant) Strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules Experience using Proclaim Case Management System (preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively Advocacy experience is desirable but not essential How to Apply To apply or for more information, please contact Adam Norris at Reed or apply now.
