National Account Manager Do you have proven toy experience? Do you have the passion and drive to join a growing toy business? Macgregor Black are partnering with a well-established toy company on the search for a National Account Manager. This is a permanent role based in Guildford. As the National Account Manager you will , take ownership of key UK retail accounts, including Smyths Toys, as well as other major national and regional retailers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven background in the toy industry to join a fast-paced and innovative business, driving growth across high-performing retail partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow national retail accounts including Smyths and key retailers. Develop account plans, deliver sales targets, and execute promotional strategies. Build strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders. Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver account-specific plans. Monitor performance, forecast sales, and track key metrics. Represent the company at trade shows, previews, and customer meetings. What We're Looking For: Must have proven experience in the toy industry – ideally with existing relationships within key accounts like Smyths Toys Strong background in account management, sales, or commercial roles Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Data-driven with strong forecasting and analytical skills Self-starter with a collaborative approach and commercial mindset Willingness to travel as needed across the UK Competitive salary benefits.
