Following sustained growth and a strategic review, the firm is now looking to appoint two talented Corporate Solicitors to join their busy and collaborative practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious lawyers to work on complex, high-value transactions within a team recognised for its expertise, client service, and progressive culture. The Role Working alongside experienced Partners and senior colleagues, you'll advise a broad client base - from entrepreneurial businesses to large corporates and investors - on the full range of corporate and commercial matters, including: Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate restructures Drafting and negotiating SPAs, shareholder and investment agreements Advising on corporate governance and general company law matters Exposure to commercial contracts and cross-departmental project work About You Qualified Solicitor with 2-10 years' PQE Strong transactional corporate experience (M&A, SPAs, investment/shareholder agreements) preferred Candidates with solid commercial contracts experience and some corporate exposure are also encouraged to apply Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills Team-focused, proactive, and commercially minded Why Apply?
