Project Manager - Insurance Broker Model Duration: 6-Month Contract (potential for extension) Location: Remote-first with occasional travel to Bracknell & Victoria Our leading retail-backed financial services client is launching a brand-new insurance broker model — and they're looking for a Project Manager to lead the Proposition workstream of this high-impact initiative. This is a first-time launch for the business, so they need someone who’s done it before — someone who understands what it takes to build a broker model from the ground up and bring it to market. Key Responsibilities : Lead the development of a new insurance broker proposition (Home & Car) Oversee product, pricing, marketing, and customer journey strategy Manage relationships with a panel of insurers and key third parties Collaborate with a leading insurance software provider ( CDL experience highly desirable) Drive delivery across multiple workstreams and ensure go-live readiness Ideal Candidate : Has launched an insurance broker model in a previous role Deep understanding of insurance propositions and market competitiveness Strong stakeholder and delivery management skills Experience working with or alongside CDL is a big plus Senior-level delivery expertise (Programme-level scope) To apply for this position please submit your CV.
