Cyber Strategy & Transformation – Senior Consultant & Manager £55,000–£80,000 (DOE) London (Hybrid) Are you ready to help leading organisations tackle their most complex cyber security challenges? You’ll be part of a collaborative, diverse group of cyber professionals in the UK, within a wider technology and transformation practice. T What You’ll Be Doing: Advising executives and senior stakeholders on cyber strategy, risk, and transformation. Designing and delivering cyber transformation programmes that enable new business models and support regulatory compliance. Developing governance frameworks and prioritised roadmaps to increase cyber maturity and resilience. Managing and mentoring teams, and building strong client relationships across a range of industries. Communicating complex cyber issues to both technical and non-technical audiences, from end users to board level. What We’re Looking For: Experience in cyber security, cyber strategy, or cyber risk management—ideally in a consulting or advisory environment. Strong understanding of cyber frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO27001, GDPR, NIS2). Ability to operate in fast-paced, client-facing environments and manage multiple stakeholders. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, MSc Cyber Security, etc.) are a plus. Project management experience (agile and/or waterfall) and a track record of delivering results.
