Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working exclusively with a fabulous beauty brand supporting with the appointment of a New Product Development Consultant to take full ownership of their new product development (NPD) strategy and delivery. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in NPD, product development, and packaging, who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys seeing projects through from concept to launch. Responsibilities: Lead and deliver a rolling 24-month NPD plan, including seasonal and key launches. Work on product design, development, and launches in line with critical timelines. Create business plans and pricing strategies for new products. Oversee product copy, packaging, artwork updates, and ensure brand alignment. Manage the NPD budget with accuracy and efficiency. Liaise with and manage suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness, lead times, and quality. Identify and onboard new suppliers to enhance product and technical capabilities. Ensure full technical compliance of all products across national and international markets. Review consumer data and feedback to identify improvements and rationalise ranges. Regularly analyse market trends and competitor activity to drive innovation. Requirements of a New Product Development Manager: Proven track record in product development and NPD delivery. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets. Experienced in managing suppliers and negotiating costs. Knowledge of compliance and technical product requirements. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and consumer data. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
