Job Description
At W Executive, we are looking for a Sales Manager for a multinational company within the Insurtech sector , with a clear focus on Automotive and the development of the Spanish market . The primary responsibilities of this role will include building and developing the company’s client portfolio , encompassing insurance companies, renting/leasing firms, large fleets, automotive manufacturers, dealerships, and after-sales services. The position will also ensure commercial agreements with the network of partner workshops, oversee the organization and development of the sales team , and coordinate with the local Customer Service team . Main Responsibilities: Build and develop the company’s customer portfolio. Lead and develop the commercial team. Coordinate with Corporate for commercial partnership agreements. Manage major contracts and ensure proper follow-up. Conduct market and competitor analysis. Support international tender processes with locally adapted information. Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, and Marketing teams. Candidate Requirements (M/F/D): 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within automotive, mobility, renting/leasing, insurance, or roadside assistance sectors, with a particular focus on digital services . Strong knowledge of the Automotive and Insurance industries. Proven experience in team management and commercial negotiation leadership . High level of English (reporting directly to Corporate). Availability to travel as required.
