Challenging Opportunity: Internal Project Manager – Hybrid (Barcelona) Are you ready to take on a strategic and high-impact project management role within a leading global technology company ? We are looking for an Internal Project Manager to lead large-scale initiatives that shape the organization’s future operations and business success. In this position, you will drive cross-functional projects , ensuring delivery on scope, time, budget, and quality , while collaborating with both corporate stakeholders and third-party vendors to implement innovative solutions to complex internal challenges. Key Responsibilities Lead internal projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational strategy. Plan, control, and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet or exceed expectations. Partner with corporate and external teams to develop and implement solutions that address internal process improvements. Apply recognized expertise in relevant technologies, theories, or methodologies to deliver innovative and efficient outcomes. Define functional strategy , establish best practices, and contribute to the development of new ideas and principles. Serve as a mentor and guide for junior project professionals. Operate with a high degree of autonomy and decision-making authority in managing strategic initiatives. Requirements First-level university degree required; advanced degree preferred . 10 years of experience in project management or similar leadership roles. Proven ability to lead large, complex, cross-functional projects . Fluent English (spoken and written). Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in the technology or innovation industry is a plus.
