What Does This Opportunity Involve? We are looking for an Systemen Administrator / IT Implementation Coordinator with experience in the deployment and installation of IT systems in retail environments . The main mission will be to plan, coordinate, and supervise the technological implementation during new store openings or refurbishments, covering everything from hardware and network installation to the rollout of corporate solutions. Acting as a Microinformatics Coordinator , this role will manage remote technical teams, ensure deadlines and standards are met, and report project progress at both local (Spain) and international levels . What Are the Requirements for the Position? Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field , or equivalent professional training/certifications. 2–3 years of experience n IT deployments, microinformatics, or technological rollouts in retail, hospitality, or multi-site environments. Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, operating systems, and point-of-sale (POS) peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.). Proven experience coordinating remote technical teams (internal or external). Ability to clearly and effectively report progress and results to different organizational levels, both nationally and globally. Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work on large-scale deployment projects . High level of English (C1 or higher) – essential for coordinating with international teams. Native or bilingual Spanish . Experience in the Retail sector will be highly valued. What Will Your Responsibilities Be? Plan, coordinate, and supervise the implementation of IT systems, hardware, and technological solutions in stores, restaurants, or other retail locations. Manage the deployment of microinformatics equipment: computers, POS systems, peripherals, local servers, routers, switches, printers, cabling, and other infrastructure components. Coordinate local and remote technical teams, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with established timelines. Develop and maintain the rollout plan (phases, milestones, dependencies, and schedules). Monitor project progress, identify deviations, risks, and issues, and propose corrective actions. Regularly report project status to local and international stakeholders, providing updates on progress, incidents, and outcomes. Work closely with other departments and areas to ensure equipment and material availability. Ensure compliance with corporate technical, regulatory, and security standards. Manage and document technical incidents during deployments, coordinating their resolution and communicating results. Propose continuous improvements to deployment processes, documentation, and communication workflows. When required, provide basic training or knowledge transfer to store staff on the use of implemented systems.
