Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply & Inventory Planner to take ownership of medium- to long-term planning (0–12 months), ensuring stock availability, capacity utilisation, and raw material readiness to support business growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping inventory strategy, working closely with Commercial, Production, and Procurement teams to enable agility, resilience, and alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain rolling supply plans aligned with forecasts, capacity, and inventory targets. Lead monthly S&OP supply planning reviews, ensuring cross-functional alignment. Analyse production capacity, labour, and material availability to minimise risks. Collaborate with Procurement, Commercial, NPD, and Production teams on launches and strategic initiatives. Monitor and optimise inventory levels across bulk and finished goods. Identify and implement improvements in planning processes, tools, and ERP systems. Provide insights and recommendations on supply risks and opportunities. Candidate Profile: 5 years’ experience in supply or production planning in FMCG or a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of S&OP, capacity planning, and inventory strategy. Experience with NetSuite or similar MRP/ERP systems. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (planning tools/dashboard experience desirable). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive. Naturally bold, responsible, and solution-focused.
