Head of Private Client - Step Into Leadership Sooner Than Expected!

Have you reached the ceiling of your current firm? Or does progression feel like hundreds of miles away due to people of a higher PQE in the team? There is an outstanding opportunity for someone to step into a Head of Private Client position in a well-established Yorkshire high street firm. The successful person will have at least 3 years of experience working in a private client team as a Solicitor or Legal Executive and will be comfortable working on a diverse range of private client matters including wills, LPAs, estate administration and inheritance tax. The firm do a lot to ensure that they can offer a good work/life balance to its legal professionals and cater to all sorts of working arrangements including being able to offer different hours in the summer holidays if you're struggling with childcare. On top of this, there are no hard targets! Of course, the firm has financial targets to meet but you aren't hit over the head with it. Private client is one of the firms core practice areas so there's real stability here. On a salary point, they don't want people to rule themselves out with a banding when it depends on what your expectation/experience is so this is open for discussion.
