Job Description

Are you an organised, proactive professional with a passion for HR and corporate services? Join our friendly team at Partick Housing Association and play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support and corporate services. What You’ll Do Provide sound HR advice and support across recruitment, absence management, payroll liaison, and policy implementation. Lead recruitment campaigns and support performance management and training initiatives. Assist with governance, Board/Committee support, and corporate communications. Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to continuous improvement across the organisation. What We’re Looking For HNC level qualification or 2 years’ experience in HR support (CIPD Level 5 desirable). Strong communication, organisational and ICT skills. A team player with a positive attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in HR policy, absence management, minute taking, and customer service. Interest in broader corporate services including governance, communications, and health & safety.
