Quantity Surveyor

Your new company An established main contractor based in Enniskillen is currently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor. This family-owned business has delivered high-profile bespoke projects across Ni and ROI. Due to continued growth, they now require a Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial Team. Your new role With the support and guidance of a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the delivery of building works up to £20m. You will work closely with the Operational Team, ensuring the programme is maintained, and the project is delivered within budget. What you'll need to succeed You will be degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying and have a minimum of 5 years' experience with a main contractor, delivering building works.
