Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Vending Sales Head to lead and expand strategic partnerships with key retail clients. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence in account management, and enhancing overall portfolio profitability while balancing top‑line expansion with sustainable business performance. Key Responsibilities Key Account Management Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key retail partners to foster long‑term collaboration and client satisfaction. Monitor account performance, manage day‑to‑day operations and respond promptly and professionally to customer needs. Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions and proactively identify new business opportunities to drive strong account growth. Proficiency in utilising sales data, market trends and competitor activities to identify key opportunities and mitigate business risks. Ensure all activities align with company goals, compliance standards, and operational best practices. Cross‑functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing sales within key accounts. Collaborate with the Sales team to align on account strategies, sales targets, and market insights. Business Reporting & Analytics Prepare and present regular reports to internal stakeholders to support decision‑making. Utilise sales data to track performance, identify key trends & insights so as to provide actionable plans. Budget Management Support Assist in managing trade spend and contribute to budget forecasting and planning for key accounts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field. Strong understanding of retail/FMCG landscape and market dynamics. 5–7 years of experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities. Highly organized in terms of time management and detail‑oriented. Problem‑solving skills to address client or operational challenges quickly. Skilled in financial analysis & negotiation (Customer P&L, contracts, margins, trade terms, ROI on campaigns, joint business plan). Proficiency in data‑analytics and an insights‑driven mindset to translate numbers into actionable strategies. J-18808-Ljbffr
