Job Description

General objective: Ensure customer satisfaction through the timely management of their requirements, optimize the company's internal operations, as well as maintain long-term relationships with the customer under Rosenberger's culture and values ??guidelines. Specific skills for position: Answer customer’s needs in time. Provide solutions to the customer’s requirements. Work in an interdisciplinary manner with other departments to solve customer’s requirements. Update information proactively to customer. Achieve customer service processes. Maintain accurate records of customer interaction. Maintain customer’s trust through excellent support and problem solving. General skills: Effective communication. Analytical skills. Problem solving. Commitment to customer service excellence. Interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members. SAP – aplicables proceses. ISO/IATF – aplicables proceses. EDI / Customer’s Portals. Basic principles of environmental and legal compliance. Knowledge areas: 3 years Customer service experience 3 years Experience in manufacturing 3 years SAP 2 years DDL Ford (desirable) Fluent english
