Job Description
Customer care Agent Skills: · Excellent English and Spanish communication skills · Proven Customer Support experience or experience as Client Service Representative · Ability to appreciate the customers perspective showing empathy. · Active listening to fully engage the customer with their concerns. · Ability to multi-task · Computer and online navigating capability to multi-task during customer interactions with multiple systems and resources · Understand policies and procedures and communicate them professionally to the customer. · Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints/concerns · Listen to customers’ concerns, maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints, issues and questions · Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability · Able to manage stressful situations in customer Service Requirements: · Minimum High school Diploma · Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience · Advanced English Proficiency · Full time schedule availability
