Plant Manager

Lead the safe and efficient operation of the manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, maintenance, production, and continuous improvement standards. This position is key to ensuring product delivery according to specifications, optimizing resources, and developing the team under your responsibility. Main Responsibilities Manage production, maintenance, quality, industrial safety, and warehouse processes. Implement and monitor compliance with the EH&S (environment, health, and safety) tactical plan. Coordinate resources to maintain stable operations and foster sustained growth. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 procedures and quality tools. Develop staff through operational policies, training, and succession plans. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as the DRIVE process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relevant field MBA Desirable 5 years of experience as plant manager 6 years in Management positions Bilingual Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations Strong communication, management and supervisory skills
