The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, with a focus on customer service and facilities management. This role requires an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Duties Manage all aspects of property operations, including owner and tenant relations, and maintenance. Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess maintenance needs and ensure safety standards are met. Handle administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, managing budgets, and maintaining accurate records. Provide exceptional customer service to owners and tenants by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Coordinate with vendors and staff for maintenance and repair services, ensuring quality work is completed in a timely manner. Maintain effective communication with tenants regarding policies and procedures. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial property management. Strong financial background, CAM reconciliations and budgeting. Lease administration. Proficiency in property management software and tools. Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail. Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills. Ability to handle contracts effectively and manage real estate administrative tasks. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
