Job Description
Job Overview: Require a well-organized, professional, and friendly individual to join the team as an Admin & Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the office and will also provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Administrative Duties: Provide general administrative and clerical support Assist with the Finance Manager on supplier accounts Staff weekly claims and payments Assist with data entry and updating company records Handle office supply inventory and place orders when necessary Support various departments with administrative tasks as required Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) is essential Valid Drivers License Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills English and Afrikaans speaking, understanding and writing Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Working Hours: Monday Friday, 08:00 17:00
