EMPLOYMENT TYPE  :          Permanent SECTOR             :          Management BASIC SALARY       :          Market related START DATE                 :          A.S.A.P / Immediate REQUIREMENTS: Matric certificate (Grade 12) and relevant tertiary education Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience (preferably in storage, retail, or property management) Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Professional telephone etiquette and computer literacy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Sage Evolution is advantageous) Customer-focused, service-oriented, and solution-driven attitude Willingness to work at different sites within the region  DUTIES:  Branch Operations & Administration: Oversee the daily operations of the branch and ensure smooth functioning across all departments Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming environment, including gardens, communal areas, offices, and bathrooms Manage general office duties such as reception, telephones, client assistance, ordering consumables, and maintaining printing stations Ensure accurate record keeping, FICA compliance, and contract management Conduct daily facility inspections and assign maintenance or cleaning tasks as needed Accurately capture all quotations, contracts, and customer interactions on Sage Evolution Submit regular reports and updates to the Regional Manager  Sales & Client Relations: Drive sales of units, parking, office, and warehouse space, and meet occupancy targets Convert leads and upselling available service packages Handle all client interactions—new, existing, or exiting—with professionalism and efficiency Respond promptly to enquiries, process refunds and deposits, and resolve client concerns Promote the brand to attract leads and improve sales conversion  Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high standards of service for all clients and walk-ins Manage client feedback, complaints, and queries with a solutions-oriented approach Build and maintain long-term client relationships to promote retention  Facility & Property Management: Monitor the cleanliness and upkeep of all areas, including bin clearing, garden maintenance, and sweeping Coordinate and supervise branch maintenance, including plumbing, lighting, painting, and signage Submit maintenance and OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety) reports as required Ensure all storage units are cleaned and repaired before being relet  Security & Compliance: Ensure all security systems (electric fencing, alarms, access controls, and cameras) are fully operational Perform daily checks on security features and perimeter walls Personally manage and monitor overdue units, overlocking, and suspension procedures Liaise with the Regional Manager and COO regarding any security incidents or breaches Comply with health and safety protocols, including regular fire equipment checks  Staff Management: Supervise branch staff and monitor daily performance Ensure productivity through effective communication, guidance, and task allocation Address and escalate HR-related matters through appropriate channels Maintain team morale and enforce discipline when necessary  Finance & Cash Handling: Manage e-wallet usage, daily/weekly cash-ups, and bank deposits Map cashbook receipts and carry out debtor collections (calls, SMSs) Ensure full compliance with company financial protocols and debt collection processes
