Dealer Principal

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the overall operations of the dealership, including sales, service, parts, and administration. Drive new and used vehicle sales while ensuring profitability and market growth. Develop and execute strategic business plans and dealership budgets. Lead, mentor, and manage dealership staff to achieve performance targets. Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all departments. Maintain compliance with all OEM, legal, and corporate policies. Build strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience as a Dealer Principal or in senior dealership management. Strong knowledge of automotive sales, service, and operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach. Ability to manage budgets, P&L statements, and operational KPIs. Strong business acumen and understanding of dealership performance metrics.
