We’re Hiring: Jr. Freight Analyst – Logistics Customer Service Location: Remote – Mexico Schedule: Monday to Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM CT Training Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CT Salary: $13,000–14,000 MXN (Payroll) | $16,000–18,000 MXN (Direct Contractor) Benefits: 12 vacation days, 15 days of Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo), fully remote, professional growth in U.S. client logistics operations. About the Role This is a remote job opportunity supporting the logistics operations of a U.S.-based client. Only resumes submitted in English will be considered. We are looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Freight Analyst / Customer Service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate shipments, track deliveries, manage documentation, and communicate with carriers and the internal team (CSRs) to ensure timely arrivals at stores. Key Responsibilities Shipment Coordination: Track and monitor shipments within the client’s internal logistics network. Documentation Management: Review BOLs, invoices, and delivery receipts for accuracy. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with CSRs to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. Reporting & Data Entry: Support logistics reporting and maintain accurate records. Communication: Coordinate with carriers and internal teams via email and web portals. Process Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities to optimize logistics workflows. ✅ Requirements Experience & Education 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or customer service roles. Familiarity with logistics software or TMS systems (AS400, FreightScience, or similar). Detail-oriented and highly organized. Availability to work full-time in U.S. time zones , including evening shifts (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM CT). Technical & Tools Microsoft Office Suite Logistics or freight tracking systems Language & Soft Skills Strong English proficiency (B2), both verbal and written. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment. Join Us!
