The Employee Onboarding Specialist is responsible for coordinating, executing, and actively managing onboarding activities for all Apria and Byram new hires, from offer acceptance through the first day of employment. Job Responsibilities Manage onboarding from open requisition to first week of employment. Support hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Assist candidates with application issues. Oversee onboarding tasks in the applicant tracking system and background checks. Collaborate with compensation on job creation and offers. Partner with recruiters to address questions. Follow up with hiring managers and notify of delays. Ensure completion and signing of all new hire forms. Identify and present process improvements. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. At least two years of prior experience. Experience onboarding employees for U.S.-based roles is preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong customer service skills. Efficient, hands-on, and communicative. Proactive and results-driven. Business acumen and problem-solving. Effective communication and credibility. Computer Skills Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Project. Experience with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems. Language Skills English (reading, writing, verbal) Additional Requirements This position will start as remote and transition to hybrid onsite in Monterrey, Mexico once the office is operational (approximately within the first year).
