Fluent in English and Spanish; effective communicator across all organizational levels. Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Oversee end-to-end production processes. Ensure production schedules align with customer orders, seasonal demand, and inventory levels. Optimize plant layout and workflow to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks. Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs for machinery and equipment. Develop and promote accountability at all levels through the usage of metrics that drive results (lagging and leading key performance indicators and key behavior indicators). Establishment of SBOS assessment to guide and measure progress within the plant. Strategic Planning & Execution: Strengthen strategic process planning and link the right use of SBOS systems and tools to meet company mid-term annual operating goals and strategic objectives. Analyze production data to identify trends, forecast demand, and adjust capacity planning. Lead cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present operational reports to senior leadership. Leadership & Team Development: Build and maintain a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning. Establish clear performance goals and conduct regular evaluations. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to product specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements. Lead root cause analysis (PDCA) and corrective actions for quality issues. Oversee audits and certifications related to manufacturing standards. Lead implementation and compliance of quality systems BIQs.
